Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased the product from our official website at https://shopallrange.com. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during sales or marked as sale items

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@shopallrange.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
